Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build the core domain model for patients, providers, and claims.
- Implement money invariants to govern financial transactions in code.
- Create lifecycle state machines for managing patient and claim states.
- Manage schema evolution to ensure smooth feature deployments.
- Develop AI infrastructure for reliable clinical workflows.
- Ensure security and HIPAA compliance for handling PHI.
- Monitor and maintain production systems, addressing issues as they arise.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a field where correctness is critical, such as fintech or healthcare.
- Strong understanding of state machines and data modeling.
- Experience with schema migrations and production deployments.
- Ability to make technical decisions and implement them in code.
- Bonus for experience with LLM features, event sourcing, or healthcare/EHR systems.
