Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the cloud and AI consulting practice, including recruiting, talent development, offerings, delivery standards, utilization, and market positioning.
- Provide senior oversight for software engineering, modernization, architecture, and AI-enabled client engagements.
- Coach product, engineering, architecture, security, and compliance teams toward sustainable delivery models.
- Develop and productionize patterns for LLM applications, agentic systems, RAG, evaluation, monitoring, observability, and human review.
- Shape partner technology strategy involving AWS, Snowflake, and Anthropic.
- Support sales pursuits, proposals, solution design, executive conversations, thought leadership, and market-facing offerings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience.
- 5+ years of experience building, managing, coaching, and growing high-performing technical teams.
- 5+ years of product development and product-oriented ways of working.
- 7+ years of modern software development experience covering architecture, software craft, DevOps, CI/CD, testing strategies, and cloud-native delivery.
- Hands-on experience engineering LLM-enabled applications or agentic systems, including evaluation and production considerations.
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, banking, insurance, capital markets, or related regulated industries.
- Strong client-facing communication, organizational, agile delivery, business development, proposal, solution design, and account-growth capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Experience leading a consulting practice, capability, center of excellence, or large technology delivery organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, Snowflake, Anthropic, modern data platforms, cloud-native architecture, modernization, platform engineering, and regulated-industry compliance is preferred.
