Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable end-to-end integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite.
- Translate business requirements into technical integration flows and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Develop Groovy-based iFlows and integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, and other protocols.
- Integrate SAP systems including S/4HANA and ECC with non-SAP systems, third-party systems, and Azure.
- Lead sprint planning, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and manage backlog priorities in Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production environments.
- Document integration architectures and technical designs.
- Optimize integration performance and apply enterprise integration patterns.
- Work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce integration development best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management, and Event Mesh.
- Experience designing and implementing SAP-to-SAP and SAP-to-non-SAP integration scenarios.
- Experience developing integration flows with Groovy and working with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of message mapping, transformation, XML, JSON, XSLT, OAuth2, X.509 certificates, and other authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with hybrid integration architectures spanning on-premise SAP systems and cloud platforms.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, performance tuning, and integration optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services, Azure Boards, and integration of SAP transport processes with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise integration programs and familiarity with DevOps practices.
- Basic to intermediate Java knowledge.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership of an integration domain and drive improvements in a complex global SAP environment.
