Systems Engineer II, AI Solutions & IT Operations

Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of Agentic AI solutions on the Moveworks ServiceNow Platform, including planning, architecture, development, tuning, and production launch.
- Consult with internal customers to design and implement secure, performant AI workflows and enterprise integrations.
- Build full-stack automations using scripting, iPaaS tools, cloud functions, and ServiceNow capabilities.
- Partner with engineering, product, and vendor teams to support rollouts, assess AI solutions, and communicate customer feedback.
- Maintain and configure core IT services, networks, servers, virtualization, and cloud systems.
- Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and serve as an escalation point for help desk and complex IT issues.
- Identify operational pain points and improve IT processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consulting Engineer, or Software Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and launching full-stack workflows and automations.
- Proficiency with Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
- Ability to operate independently across multiple business functions and technical domains.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions with minimal guidance and execute complex work hands-on.
- Experience contributing ideas, architecture, and documentation across multiple project teams.
