Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy production-ready software solutions from business requirements and technical guidance.
- Operate AI coding agents to implement features, refactor code, perform multi-file changes, and debug systems.
- Research, design, implement, and optimize AI-augmented code solutions across varied applications.
- Lead codebase management, code review, test automation, and AI-assisted coding workflow practices.
- Ensure code quality, testing coverage, compliance, and accurate documentation of technical environments.
- Provide technical support, knowledge transfer, and collaboration on AI-assisted engineering and code review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of software engineering or coding experience in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
- Experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, mainstream development frameworks, and database systems including MySQL, HBase, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and tools such as Cursor and Claude Code or similar generative AI development platforms.
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle, code refactoring, automated testing, legacy-system migration, and large codebases.
- Experience cleaning, organizing, and documenting technical code environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and code review.
- Experience with GPT, RAG, and other generative AI technologies related to software engineering is preferred.
