Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, resilient microservices.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack projects from technical design through deployment and monitoring.
- Write maintainable code and ensure rigorous testing and fault tolerance.
- Drive architectural decisions and influence long-term engineering strategy.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead performance tuning, incident response, root cause analysis, and other operational-excellence efforts.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical deep dives and code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
- Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in Python; Golang experience is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, AI-assisted coding tools, and REST API design.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, prioritization, and ambiguity-navigation skills.
