Responsibilities
- Design and maintain high-throughput detection systems and backend services.
- Lead the development of robust data pipelines using Spark and Airflow.
- Partner with Engineering Managers to define technical roadmaps and mentor engineers.
- Drive AI productivity initiatives to accelerate development and automate workflows.
- Collaborate with TPMs, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Security Researchers.
- Manage and optimize cloud-native infrastructure on AWS/EKS.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in production-level backend development with Python or Golang.
- Expert-level proficiency in building and optimizing distributed data pipelines using Spark and Airflow.
- Extensive experience managing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
- Strong ability to design complex integrations and handle throughput/latency challenges.
- Methodical approach to performance debugging and resolving bottlenecks.
- Strong experience with Postgres or similar relational databases.
- BS in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, or a related engineering field.
