Base Salary
$206k - $217k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for resource management.
- Develop internal tools and automation for infrastructure provisioning.
- Integrate platform services with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Contribute to technical design decisions and architecture planning.
- Review code, mentor junior software engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Participate in technical and sprint planning sessions.
- Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
- Develop disaster-recovery and backup strategies.
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
- At least five years of relevant software engineering experience.
- At least five years of experience with backend or distributed systems.
- At least five years of experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
- At least five years of experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- At least five years of experience programming with Go, Python, and/or Java.
- At least five years of experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- At least five years of experience with networking, security, and scalability concepts.
