Base Salary
$135k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support design and implementation of the AI Account Manager system for automated hosting, optimization scheduling, and monitoring across concurrent advertiser accounts.
- Use performance data and delivery history to identify account health signals and delivery issues such as scaling problems, ROI drops, and budget capping.
- Help use LLMs to generate actionable and auditable account-level tuning strategies.
- Build and maintain observability, dry-run safeguards, and offline and online evaluation pipelines to measure optimization quality and catch regressions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, the ad delivery algorithm team, and product managers to translate AI account-management capabilities into commercial impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, recently completed or expected within six months.
- No professional work experience is required; internships, research, coursework, or personal projects involving LLMs, agents, or machine learning are beneficial.
- Hands-on exposure to agentic systems and foundational knowledge of LLMs, RAG, tool use, agent orchestration, MCP-style tool ecosystems, structured LLM outputs, and modern model APIs.
- Solid software-engineering fundamentals, including clean and testable code, asynchronous or concurrent programming, and typed or data-modeled code.
- Familiarity with REST/API integration and a solid grounding in machine learning and AI fundamentals.
- Docker or Kubernetes exposure is a plus.
- Internship or research experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, recommendation systems, or advertising systems is preferred.
- Exposure to advertising or recommendation metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, and conversions is preferred.
- Projects demonstrating initiative in building AI agents or automation tools are preferred.
