Base Salary

$135k - $185k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own the algorithm and system design for an in-house AI Account Manager supporting automated hosting, autonomous optimization, and intelligent scheduling across many advertiser accounts.
  • Analyze advertiser performance data and delivery history to diagnose account health and delivery issues such as volume scaling problems, ROI drops, and budget capping.
  • Use LLMs to generate and safely execute actionable, auditable account-level tuning strategies.
  • Build long-running services, observability, dry-run safeguards, and offline and online evaluation to measure quality and catch regressions before live spend.
  • Collaborate with ad delivery algorithm teams and product managers to improve advertiser retention, platform consumption, and revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, master's, or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are acceptable, with basic understanding of ad delivery platforms or recommendation systems.
  • Experience building, deploying, and optimizing agentic systems in production environments is required.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals, including production-quality code, asynchronous and concurrent programming, typed and data-modeled code, and disciplined testing.
  • Mastery of LLMs, RAG, tool use, memory handling, agent orchestration, and MCP-style tool ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with harness engineering, structured or schema-validated LLM outputs, and modern model API integration.
  • Experience with REST/API integration and reliable long-running services, with familiarity with Kubernetes.
  • Solid grounding in machine learning and AI fundamentals, plus familiarity with advertising or recommendation system concepts.
  • More than 2 years applying large-model capabilities to automated delivery, hosting, autonomous tuning, or scheduling systems is preferred.
  • Experience delivering commercial AI agents, large-model instruction tuning, or multimodal models is preferred.
  • Understanding of digital advertising mechanics and metrics including CPA, ROAS, CVR, CTR, conversions, and online A/B experimentation is preferred.
