Responsibilities

Design pre-sales and deployment architectures for enterprise customers.
Scope customer integrations across CCaaS, CRM, SIP, and related contact-center systems.
Design tenant configurations and plugin enablement plans.
Lead live customer demos and communicate platform value to technical and executive stakeholders.
Configure tenants, inspect API payloads, and debug customer integrations in real time.
Own customer go-live timelines, deployment issues, network quirks, security reviews, and procurement coordination.
Translate business requirements into technical needs for Product and Engineering.
Develop repeatable deployment playbooks to accelerate future customer launches.
Scope pilots with clear success criteria and exit dates.
Provide competitive positioning and architect deployments around incumbent solutions.

8+ years of experience in solutions architecture or sales engineering within contact-center, CCaaS, or enterprise SaaS environments.
Strong knowledge of CCaaS, CTI, SIP, RTP, and CRM landscapes.
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, agents, transcription, translation, and AI data-security considerations.
Experience taking enterprise customers live and managing integrations, security reviews, procurement, and deployment challenges.
Ability to design integrations, understand event-driven architectures, configure tenants, read API payloads, and troubleshoot customer issues hands-on.
Ability to discuss AI architecture, data security, InfoSec requirements, SOC 2, data residency, and PII redaction with customers.
Experience scoping custom integrations and distinguishing configuration, connectors, and product feature requests.
Strong customer-facing communication, live demonstration, problem-solving, and competitive positioning skills.
