Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Kubernetes platform components for business applications, microservices, LLMs, and GPU workloads.
  • Build backend services, platform tooling, automation frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code using Golang and/or Python.
  • Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, observability, multi-tenancy, and cost efficiency.
  • Operationalize AI/ML workflows and contribute to AIOps initiatives with software engineers, SREs, data scientists, and researchers.
  • Build CI/CD workflows for machine learning and LLM/GPU provisioning, including model monitoring and retraining.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, troubleshooting, and continuous reliability improvements.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish engineering processes, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of software engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Golang or Python and hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience designing and deploying scalable machine learning systems in production.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows, including model monitoring and retraining.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, Docker, production-grade Kubernetes, and complex service orchestration.
  • Experience with Kubeflow Pipelines, KServe, Airflow, MLflow, LangChain, and RAG systems is preferred.
  • Experience integrating and scaling vector databases, designing distributed systems, and implementing inter-service communication patterns is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring engineers, conducting technical decision-making, and addressing complex scalability and debugging challenges.
  • Ability to develop and enforce a secure software development lifecycle.
