Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end and back-end features for healthcare-focused web applications.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and deployment of reliable, secure, and scalable platform features.
- Evaluate tools, frameworks, and architecture approaches for maintainable software.
- Write clean, testable, and documented code and participate in code reviews.
- Help improve software design, testing, and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with senior developers, teammates, Product, and Design while taking ownership of assigned work.
Requirements
- College or university degree in software development or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of software architecture and cloud infrastructure, including Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of .NET application development and architecture concepts, with C# experience using .NET or .NET Core.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL programming.
- Experience with ML/LLM frameworks using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Understanding of security best practices and strong analytical and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus, with bilingual French and English expected at MEDFAR.
- Healthcare industry knowledge is an asset.
- Candidates must reside in Quebec.
