Senior Enterprise Software Engineer

- Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Build automation solutions that replace manual operational activities.
- Develop enterprise cloud services and shared platform components across Azure and AWS.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Integrate validation, testing, security controls, secrets management, and dependency validation into delivery workflows.
- Use and validate AI-generated code and infrastructure outputs with GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot.
- Support monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, logging, metrics, alerting, and reliability improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotation, perform other assigned duties, and travel minimally domestically as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or cloud engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience working in Azure and/or AWS environments.
- Programming experience, preferably with Python.
- Practical experience using AI tools for development productivity and validating AI-generated code and outputs.
- Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, strong problem-solving and execution skills, attention to quality, collaboration, communication, and willingness to learn.

- Minimal domestic travel is required.
- The position includes on-call rotation responsibilities with the Service Delivery and Operations Team.
