Responsibilities

Lead the technical direction of Nubank’s Mobile Platform.
Oversee multi-year initiatives impacting company OKRs.
Shape architecture and developer experience across multiple business areas.
Drive strategy and define technical roadmaps.
Mentor senior engineers and represent Mobile Platforms in executive discussions.

10+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale mobile applications.
Deep expertise in mobile architecture, including Flutter/Dart and native bridges.
Ability to evolve Backend Driven Content (BDC) as a server-driven UI platform.
Experience leading large, ambiguous cross-organizational initiatives.
Strong track record in platform engineering at scale.
Comfortable leading through influence and making data-driven decisions.
Invests in technical leadership and mentorship.
Focus on observability, reliability, and release health for mobile applications.
Motivated to work on a high-impact platform affecting user experiences.
