Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design, build, and operate innovative products and services.
- Break down complex and ambiguous problems into well-defined implementation tasks.
- Develop scalable and reliable services, including systems with distributed-systems scope.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback on correctness and maintainability.
- Create clear and accurate technical documentation.
- Use and critically validate AI-assisted development tools and generated code.
- Write clean, maintainable code using software development best practices and design patterns.
- Participate in an agile environment with CI/CD practices and operational on-call responsibilities.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have experience with at least one general-purpose programming language, such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Have experience implementing data structures, developing basic algorithms, and/or applying object-oriented design principles.
- Have experience using AI-assisted development tools in an academic or professional setting.
- Currently have or be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
- Previous technical internship or demonstrated project experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI development tools, cloud platforms such as AWS, SQL or NoSQL database systems, open-source contribution, version control, or debugging complex systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are preferred.
