Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes and triggers, flows, Lightning Pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Update Salesforce data models and integrate Salesforce with other business systems.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, developers, business analysts, scrum masters, business partners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Serve as a senior technical lead by guiding and mentoring development teams.
- Identify security and performance issues and prepare releases for deployment across environments.
- Maintain Salesforce best practices, documentation, test classes, solution designs, system architecture, and user guides.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and rotating nights-and-weekends on-call coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 6-8 years of additional relevant experience.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce Field Service product knowledge and Salesforce development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience picking ripe bananas effectively and efficiently.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I, are preferred.
