Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering.
- Build and support AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Services.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions with engineering and product teams.
- Develop scalable applications and APIs using Python and microservices-based architectures.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production.
- Support cloud-based AI solutions across Azure and AWS.
- Contribute to automated testing, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, Agile delivery processes, and software engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Two to three years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing applications with Python and modern software engineering practices.
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Microsoft Foundry Agent Services.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS and cloud-native application development.
- Understanding of distributed systems, scalable application design, and microservices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
- Understanding of application monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support practices.
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
