Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover customer challenges and determine value propositions.
- Build and nurture relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with customers to set success criteria and deliver tailored proofs of concept.
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align plans and execution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Postman’s capabilities and industry trends.
- Collect and share customer insights to influence product roadmap decisions.
- Represent Postman at industry events and create technical content showcasing best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle management tools, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English for customer-facing presentations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% across the region.
