Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and determine how Postman can provide value.
- Build relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers and advise customers on using Postman across the API lifecycle.
- Define success criteria and create tailored proofs of concept, demos, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align plans and drive customer outcomes.
- Maintain knowledge of Postman, the API ecosystem, and trends such as AI in API design, DevOps, and API security.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and customer experience.
- Represent Postman at industry events, conferences, and webinars and create technical blogs, demos, and tutorials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical consulting, pre-sales engineering, or related roles.
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Expertise in REST and GraphQL APIs, API lifecycle management tools, CI/CD and automation, cloud platforms, or modern software development practices.
- Excellent English communication skills and comfort delivering customer-facing presentations.
- Ability to travel up to 25% across the region, with occasional global travel for company events.
