Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain services and system solutions that shorten project lead times.
- Support colleagues using the developed services and solutions.
- Mentor junior associates and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives based on experience.
- Identify and capture improvement opportunities based on experience.
- Lead cybersecurity activities and development within the team.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automation, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with control systems, networking, or cybersecurity in industrial or power-system environments.
- Experience with firewalls, switches, GPS clocks, redundant network designs, and related protocols.
- Knowledge of VLAN, redundant protocols, time synchronization, RBAC, network access control, VPN, PKI, SSL, IPSec, OSI layers, OT environment components, and OT security.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, C#, and Python.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with global teams and customers.
- Fluency in English; Swedish is a strong advantage.
