Responsibilities
- Build and operate reliable Python data pipelines that ingest structured and unstructured data for trading, research, and analytics.
- Contribute to data quality, data modeling, databases, and Kubernetes initiatives.
- Work directly with researchers to understand their needs and develop bespoke data and analysis solutions.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of legacy and greenfield systems with experienced engineers.
- Help design and build data infrastructure, frameworks, and services as experience grows.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science discipline.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Knowledge and experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, Pandas, and data engineering.
- Strong software development skills in Python and curiosity to learn new technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
