Responsibilities
- Partner with Enterprise AEs and AMs to secure technical wins on complex deals.
- Lead Discovery and Architecture Workshops to analyze prospect tech stacks.
- Collaborate with account teams to validate technical feasibility and mitigate risks.
- Provide expert guidance on Vanta’s platform, API capabilities, and integration strategies.
- Design Technical Success Plans that align Vanta’s platform with customer architectures.
- Consolidate strategic product gaps and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience and 3+ years in a pre-sales role.
- Solid understanding of application development lifecycle and RESTful API design.
- Strong technical background in security protocols, cloud infrastructure, and software integration.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven project management skills with experience in managing complex technical sales cycles.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and mapping technical solutions to business value.
- Experience in GRC is a strong plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C#, Ruby, or .NET is a plus.
- Open to using AI to enhance skills and improve work efficiency.
