Responsibilities
- Perform systemization for scheduler, radio physical-layer, and radio resource management features.
- Specify 5G system requirements, test cases, algorithms, use cases, parameter settings, and legacy-feature interactions.
- Develop link-level and network-level software simulations for feature and algorithm performance analysis.
- Improve products, simulation tools, and development processes continuously.
- Support system verification and analyze test results against operator KPIs.
- Support deployment of 5G and 6G products and features into customer networks, including configuration analysis and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing.
- Solid understanding of LTE and NR 3GPP specifications, particularly physical layer, radio resource management, and mobility.
- Experience developing link-level and network-level simulation software using Java, C, C++, Python, and MATLAB.
- At least 15 years of system or link-level simulation experience, or 20 years of telecom software development focused on 5G L2 algorithm conceptualization, design, and development.
- Strong fundamentals in L1 blocks and concepts, analytical ability, multitasking, and deadline management.
- M.Tech. or Ph.D. in telecommunications, electrical/electronics, or a related field, preferably with relevant skills and experience.
- Academic credentials must come from recognized and accredited institutions and are subject to verification.
