Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture, build, deployment, and production handoff of agentic AI solutions for strategic enterprise customers.
- Design and ship Agentforce systems involving agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, deterministic guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Own data modeling, processing pipelines, and AI data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
- Resolve complex data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance issues.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to measure deployment health and business outcomes.
- Develop proofs of concept and MVPs, codify reusable patterns and frameworks, and provide technical depth for critical deployments.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared implementation work.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists and customer stakeholders to translate business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
- Share customer insights with Product and Engineering to influence the Agentforce roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with working familiarity with the others.
- Production experience integrating LLMs, using frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, and applying prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
- Deep experience in data modeling, processing, and analytics, including proficiency with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Deep Salesforce platform expertise with Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable assets, frameworks, playbooks, or internal tooling.
- Clear communication with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
- Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications, familiarity with observability tooling or data governance frameworks, multi-cloud enterprise AI architecture experience, product roadmap influence, and open-source, technical writing, or conference experience.
