Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests across UI, API, and backend systems.
- Investigate and drive adoption of new automated test frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable production-grade code.
- Participate in code reviews for test frameworks and core applications.
- Contribute to feature refinement, test strategies, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines to support frequent, high-quality releases.
Requirements
- Proficiency in a modern programming language and application of core engineering principles.
- Experience testing and automating workflows across UI and API layers.
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills for test failures and system issues.
- Familiarity with CI/CD principles and practical experience maintaining or contributing to pipelines.
- Experience using AI coding tools for test-data generation, predictive failure analysis, edge-case identification, and spec-driven development.
- Preferred experience with soak or performance testing, GitHub Actions or similar tools, video or streaming technologies, RESTful APIs, WebSockets, web development, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, large-scale distributed systems, TestRail, observability platforms, cloud applications, virtualization, and Docker.
