Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on software testing across the full development lifecycle in small, multidisciplinary teams.
- Apply testing tooling and automation to improve software quality.
- Use critical thinking and a testing mindset to help teams improve quality.
- Contribute expertise in at least one testing specialism, such as AI systems, API testing, data engineering testing, or domain-specific testing.
- Work directly with clients and occasionally travel to UK client sites.
Requirements
- Background in software engineering.
- Experience applying testing tooling and automation.
- Experience and expertise in at least one testing specialism, including AI systems, API testing, data engineering testing, or domain-specific testing such as financial services.
- Consulting skills, including excellent communication, collaboration, and commercial awareness.
- Awareness of the use of AI in testing.
- Critical thinking, healthy scepticism, and a desire to help teams improve quality.
