Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain new systems and game features.
- Build high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions in C++.
- Work with large and complex codebases and improve existing systems, architecture, and technical foundations.
- Own features and systems from concept through production.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with engineers, technical leaders, designers, and product teams.
- Contribute to technical strategy and best practices.
- Coach and mentor other engineers.
Requirements
- Be highly proficient in C++ and experienced working with large codebases.
- Demonstrate ownership of systems or features end-to-end.
- Build high-quality, polished solutions and break down complex technical challenges into manageable tasks.
- Work collaboratively and proactively with strong communication skills.
- Passion for making great games is valued.
