Responsibilities
- Lead client-facing use-case ideation workshops and derive business and technical requirements.
- Deliver proofs of value and pilots that can graduate to production.
- Build Python-based GenAI solutions, including agentic workflows, tool calling, prompts-as-code, and safe tool execution.
- Fine-tune models, prepare datasets, and conduct evaluations using metrics and regression suites.
- Design and integrate MCP servers and clients, schemas, secure tool access, observability, and versioning.
- Collaborate with Backend, DevOps, and Architects on secure, scalable, observable deployments across Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premise environments.
- Integrate data and tools through secure APIs and work with data stores, event patterns, caching, performance, and cost considerations.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years of GenAI engineering experience with delivery to end users.
- Proficiency in Python engineering for data processing and machine learning, including clean code, typing, tests, packaging, profiling, and code quality assessment.
- Expertise with AI-agent orchestration, tool calling, prompts-as-code, and safe tool execution.
- Experience with model fine-tuning, dataset preparation, and evaluation using metrics and regression suites.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Docker, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Proficiency in MCP integration, including server and client implementation, schema definition, and secure tool access using RBAC and ABAC.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, object stores, vector databases, graph databases, event and asynchronous patterns, caching, performance, and cost awareness.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
