Responsibilities
- Develop experiments across Mixpanel's product and onboarding flows to optimize acquisition and activation metrics.
- Partner with Product and Design to identify high-impact experiment hypotheses grounded in data and user research.
- Instrument tracking and build dashboards in Mixpanel to measure experiment outcomes and inform iteration.
- Build and improve onboarding experiences that drive down time to value for new Mixpanel users.
- Participate in team on-call rotation to improve our systems and keep them healthy.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Excellent debugging and technical investigation skills.
- Strong technical communication, ideally with experience collaborating in an asynchronous remote environment.
- Ability to move fast and iterate, taking ownership of problems and focusing on delivering value to users.
- A data-driven mindset.
