Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI and machine learning solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Define end-to-end architectures covering data ingestion, preparation, models, orchestration, APIs, workflow integrations, user experiences, monitoring, and governance.
- Design and implement Claude, Anthropic API, RAG, prompt/context engineering, structured-output, tool-use, and agentic AI applications.
- Build agents with defined permissions, memory and context strategies, approval gates, fallback paths, escalation mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop and monitor machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, classification, clustering, forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendation, and automation solutions.
- Build data-processing, feature-engineering, ETL/ELT, integration, API, microservice, and cloud platform components.
- Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, enterprise applications, APIs, identity providers, databases, document repositories, collaboration platforms, and data platforms.
- Establish AI evaluation, testing, observability, monitoring, tracing, alerting, feedback, quality, safety, and governance practices.
- Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, design reviews, proof-of-concepts, client demonstrations, and reusable AI implementation patterns.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, measurement frameworks, and KPIs for AI adoption, business value, operational performance, and model quality.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, ServiceNow teams, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Travel to clients and conferences as needed.
Requirements
- 10+ years applying AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or intelligent automation technologies to practical enterprise use cases.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise in Python and SQL, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience architecting or delivering AI/ML, LLM, RAG, conversational AI, agentic AI, or AI-powered automation solutions.
- Understanding of algorithms, object-oriented programming, functional design principles, software architecture, and API-based integration patterns.
- Hands-on knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, tokens, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool use, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
- Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud, plus Apache Spark and Snowflake.
- NLP experience with Hugging Face, transformer models, cloud AI services, or comparable technologies.
- Knowledge of databases, query optimization, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, data quality, and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, human oversight, hallucination mitigation, prompt-injection defenses, model limitations, and governed deployment.
- Strong analytical, architectural, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
- Preferred experience with Claude, Anthropic API, Anthropic Console, Claude Code, Anthropic Academy, Model Context Protocol, or Claude-powered enterprise applications.
- Preferred experience with AI agents, multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, semantic retrieval, enterprise search, embeddings, reranking, and RAG evaluation.
- Preferred familiarity with AI observability, tracing, prompt/version management, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, model monitoring, cost optimization, MLOps, LLMOps, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and production cloud deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
