Responsibilities

Lead overall project delivery and coordination across multiple internal teams and projects.
Own high-level design activities and act as the single point of contact for all HLD-related matters.
Review business requirements, assign requirements across technical teams, and identify interfaces and dependencies.
Collaborate with architects to define project-specific architectures and contribute to solutions from design through code level.
Analyze technical issues, guide teams toward solutions, and lead cross-domain technical discussions.
Coordinate with integration and testing teams on defect triage, including complex defects spanning multiple domains.
Work with external vendors and suppliers on software tools, supplier quality, and assessments.
Manage project schedules and priorities while targeting at least 85% on-time delivery and 85% code coverage.

Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent in computer engineering, electronics and communication engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
10+ years of software experience.
Preferred experience leading large-scale design and architecture for automotive embedded products.
Knowledge of automotive products including Cluster, Display, and ADAS.
Knowledge of large project management and delivery.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams and global stakeholders.
Strong communication, consensus-building, prioritization, organization, and problem-solving skills.
High level of domain expertise and ability to manage complex technical discussions and dependencies.
