Base Salary
$134k - $181k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead the full lifecycle of machine learning projects from ideation to deployment.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in model evaluation, validation, and monitoring.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in machine learning applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated on advancements in machine learning techniques and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in software application development and design.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Machine Learning systems.
- 3-5 years of experience with AWS services (ECR, S3, SageMaker).
- 5+ years of experience in Python (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience building large, complex systems, particularly web services and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with tree-based models, DVC, Airflow, and/or SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with other teams.
- Motivated to understand the nuances of data and its impact on the business.
