Responsibilities

  • Explore AI models, frameworks, and developer tools for internal workflows.
  • Prototype AI-driven tools, automation, assistants, and multi-step AI workflows.
  • Track developer-efficiency, tool-adoption, and solution-effectiveness metrics.
  • Collaborate with traders, engineers, and technologists on high-impact problems.
  • Demonstrate prototypes, share findings, support technology adoption, and present work to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, or another STEM field, with graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or multi-step AI workflows.
  • Experience with Claude Code, Codex, Grok Build, and/or Gemini.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with fundamental software development practices.
  • Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, or modern AI tooling through coursework, research, or personal projects.
  • Interest or background in trading, fintech, financial markets, algorithmic trading, or market microstructure.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, critical-thinking, and technical-explanation abilities.
