Responsibilities
- Participate in customer-facing sessions with experienced Deployment Engineers to discuss projects, translate strategic objectives into use cases, and learn best practices.
- Gather and organize data from various sources while supporting data accuracy and consistency.
- Help direct AI deployment agents to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards through clear specifications.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis using Celonis and other tools to identify trends, process inefficiencies, and root causes.
- Assist with solution design blueprints and configure operational solutions across the platform.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance with senior team members.
- Help develop and maintain KPIs, quantify business impact, and document solution decisions and configurations for customer handover.
Requirements
- Currently study Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable degree program with outstanding performance.
- Have knowledge of business intelligence, data analytics, and foundational enterprise business processes.
- Have programming and database experience, with knowledge of SQL, Python, or related coding or database query languages.
- Have basic familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and interest in prompt or context engineering.
- Be interested in customer work and demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, independent working ability, and creative problem-solving.
- Be fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Be available full-time for at least five months.
