Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Troubleshoot application performance in complex environments and support integration work.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine and ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Strong knowledge of custom application development within the ServiceNow platform is required.
- Experience with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines is required.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and ServiceNow App Engine integration techniques is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
