Responsibilities
- Lead mobile development and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Define mobile development practices, code review standards, test strategies, and CI/CD processes.
- Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
- Integrate mini-apps and virtual currency systems with the Xsolla App ecosystem.
- Work with global cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Align technical strategies with business objectives and facilitate communication across distributed teams.
- Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of mobile engineering experience focused on iOS and Android.
- Proven experience delivering commercial mobile applications from concept to launch.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Proficiency with mobile frameworks and programming languages, primarily React Native.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture and platforms.
- Experience with third-party integrations and APIs.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and results-oriented skills.
- Familiarity with gaming ecosystems and virtual currency platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
