Base Salary

$136k - $155k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve the internal developer platform, including CI/CD pipelines, build and deployment automation, and local and preview environments.
  • Design, operate, and scale shared services and cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.
  • Advance release and test automation with safe rollout patterns and easy rollbacks.
  • Strengthen the platform’s security posture and help establish distributed security practices across engineering.
  • Partner with product teams to create standards, interfaces, and shared platform foundations.
  • Contribute to projects from concept through deployment while balancing speed and scalability.
  • Participate in pairing, code review, mentorship, architecture discussions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong computer science foundation in data structures, algorithms, and systems fundamentals.
  • Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort using agentic and AI-assisted development tools in everyday work.
  • Curiosity, ownership, self-direction, fast learning, collaboration, and clear communication.
  • 0–2 years of professional work experience; internships, co-ops, and substantial personal or academic projects count.
  • Bonus: fintech experience, internal developer platform or developer-experience tooling exposure, Terraform and GCP familiarity, observability experience, and security practices such as OWASP, secrets management, or vulnerability scanning.
  • Bonus exposure to TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Playwright, and React Testing Library.
