Responsibilities
- Identify workflow pain points and constraints across Legal, People, and FP&A.
- Map cross-functional workflows and system handoffs to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- Build, prototype, deploy, and maintain AI agents, workflow automations, integrations, internal tools, and code-based solutions.
- Provide evidence-based build-versus-buy recommendations covering security, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory, data residency, resilience, auditability, maintenance, and exit risks.
- Advise divisional teams on technology stacks, data ownership, integrations, consolidation, and retirement decisions.
- Design reliable solutions with access controls, testing, bias and accuracy assessment, logging, audit trails, monitoring, escalation, rollback, incident response, and business continuity.
- Define success, risk, control, and compliance metrics; monitor adoption, performance, control effectiveness, and incidents; and iterate based on usage.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience shipping AI or automation solutions such as agents, workflow automations, integrations, or internal tools that real users depend on.
- Ability to work in a terminal, read API documentation, and write and debug scripts in Python, TypeScript, or a similar language.
- Experience building with Claude or an equivalent frontier model, including agentic coding, sub-agents, skills, MCP, context and prompt design, and output-quality evaluation.
- Understanding of model limitations including nondeterminism, context limits, cost, latency, and when retrieval, tooling, or scripts are preferable.
- Ability to trace workflows across functions and systems and translate business problems into technical specifications.
- Ability to communicate credibly with frontline teams, engineers, and senior executives including the CFO, CLRO, and CPO.
- Proactive, self-directed approach and willingness to learn unfamiliar business domains and terminology.
