Responsibilities

  • Own architectural direction and delivery for major customer-facing digital transformation programs.
  • Design and build cloud platforms across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
  • Establish Kubernetes platforms and GitOps delivery with ArgoCD.
  • Build self-service developer frameworks and landing zones using Terraform and Helm.
  • Architect platforms for generative AI systems, including LLM hosting, LLM gateways, and agentic workflows.
  • Guide legacy modernization, microservices migrations, and API integrations.
  • Implement end-to-end platform security, identity controls, access controls, policy-as-code, secrets management, and compliance engineering.
  • Manage certificate lifecycles, DNS zones, network connectivity, and secure endpoint access.
  • Instrument platforms for observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Provide architectural oversight, unblock multidisciplinary teams, codify reusable patterns, and mentor engineers.
  • Translate enterprise requirements into technical roadmaps and communicate architecture to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of enterprise or platform architecture experience leading client-facing platform transformations.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Azure, GCP, and AWS, including landing zones, networking, IAM, cost controls, and governance.
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Terraform, and Helm.
  • Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD security, Kubernetes namespace segmentation, managed identities, and secure hyperscaler access.
  • Experience with SSL/TLS certificate management, DNS administration, secure network access, CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, microservices, and API architectures.
  • Practical experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Experience with generative AI platforms, LLM hosting, LLM gateways such as LiteLLM, Portkey, or Kong AI Gateway, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate architecture into business outcomes.
  • Preferred familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, LLM governance, data privacy, guardrails, responsible-use controls, and architectural risk frameworks.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required.
