Responsibilities
- Develop tools for MongoDB Atlas to enhance user interaction and performance monitoring.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for business continuity and incident response.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems in a distributed environment.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, high availability web applications.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working on backend systems (Node.js, Java, C#, Go, etc.).
- Experience with the design and architecture of modern, scalable web applications.
- Familiarity with databases and their management.
- Willingness to take on frontend tasks or experience as a full-stack developer with a backend focus.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
