Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML platform features and solutions for data center operations and engineering teams.
- Deliver features end to end, including AI integrations, deployment pipelines, and user-facing interfaces.
- Integrate ML solutions into existing data center workflows while ensuring system quality and scalability.
- Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and improve GenAI development and deployment processes.
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.
- Build reusable components and tools that improve team productivity and system reliability.
- Identify opportunities to apply emerging AI/ML techniques to data center challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Familiarity with generative AI, agentic systems, full-stack serverless engineering, frontend and SDK development, search and knowledge systems, ML and data engineering, or platform and DevOps technologies.
