Base Salary
$99k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions for Personal Insurance digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and streamline business processes.
- Apply software engineering fundamentals to Salesforce development, configuration, and integration projects.
- Develop Salesforce expertise while leveraging existing technical skills.
- Partner with experienced Salesforce professionals to deliver solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on software development experience building and maintaining enterprise applications.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Ability to solve problems and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaborative approach, strong communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Prior Salesforce experience is a plus but is not required.
