Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered applications using large language models, agentic AI workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Integrate AI services with business applications and external systems while evaluating, optimizing, and monitoring application performance and quality.
- Build responsive frontend applications and scalable backend services and APIs using reusable, maintainable code.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and other cloud platforms, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes workloads.
- Design and manage SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases and ensure secure, compliant data handling.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Drive features independently from design through deployment and build reusable solutions for multiple business teams.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 1–2 years of practical Generative AI experience.
- Strong Python, React, and cloud experience with proven production deployments.
- Ability to work independently across the full technology stack.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience integrating AI models through OpenAI, Anthropic, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent services.
- Working knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.
- Experience building APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks and understanding of microservices architecture and API design.
- Practical experience with React and TypeScript for modern responsive user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server; NoSQL and vector database experience is preferred.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise AI copilots or intelligent assistants, Model Context Protocol, AI tool integrations, Microsoft Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, and AI observability, evaluation, or monitoring frameworks.
