Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Build and optimize machine learning models and scalable data pipelines supporting AI workflows.
- Implement Python-based APIs using FastAPI and Flask for AI model integration.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs including GPT-4, Claude, and Mistral.
- Debug and optimize AI systems across the stack for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Develop internal AI standards, reusable components, and best practices.
- Use testing and validation frameworks for AI components and document technical designs, workflows, and research findings.
Requirements
- Requires 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills and a foundation in object-oriented programming and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with Git, Docker, Jenkins, Airflow, and CI/CD workflows.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and services such as S3, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
- Understanding of vector databases such as OpenSearch, Pinecone, or Weaviate and embedding techniques.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data manipulation.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences and work independently or collaboratively.
