Responsibilities
- Design, develop, optimize, and deploy classic machine learning and deep learning models.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and other statistical analyses.
- Deploy and integrate AI/ML models on Google Cloud Platform for scalable production use.
- Use KubeFlow and BentoML for model orchestration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Perform forecasting with exponential smoothing, ARIMA, and ARIMAX methods.
- Apply probabilistic graph models and advanced statistical methods to improve predictive accuracy and interpretability.
- Maintain data quality and model performance using Great Expectations and Evidently AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requirements, model validation, and workflow integration.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in advanced data science, machine learning, and AI engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Experience with classic machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Sci-Kit Learn, CNTK, Keras, and MXNet.
- Expertise in hypothesis testing, T-Test, Z-Test, and linear and logistic regression.
- Experience with classification methods including decision trees and support vector machines.
- Knowledge of exponential smoothing, ARIMA, and ARIMAX forecasting methods.
- Ability to implement and interpret probabilistic graph models and distance metrics including Hamming, Euclidean, and Manhattan distances.
- Familiarity with KubeFlow, BentoML, Great Expectations, and Evidently AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline.
- Preferred qualifications include GenAI and agentic AI experience, PySpark, SAS, SPSS, R, and R Studio.
- Preferred certifications include the TensorFlow Developer Certificate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or a professional cloud data engineering certification.
