Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and evaluate model performance using relevant metrics.
- Iterate on training processes and implement strategies to improve model effectiveness.
- Work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and incorporate stakeholder feedback into model improvements.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
