Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced machine learning models and algorithms for complex business problems.
- Optimize and deploy machine learning models on AWS infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
- Build RAG pipelines, prompt-engineered GenAI applications, AI agents, and knowledge-base solutions.
- Develop agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Implement document parsing, chunking, vectorization, re-ranking, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval.
- Configure AWS Bedrock Guardrails and implement authentication and authorization for secure AI applications.
- Develop and support software using Python, Git, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and observability for GenAI applications.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar agentic AI frameworks.
- Good exposure to Python, including Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, and advanced Python concepts.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock and foundation models such as Claude Haiku and Claude Sonnet.
- Experience developing RAG pipelines, prompt engineering solutions, and LLM-based GenAI applications.
- Experience with Titan Embeddings, Amazon OpenSearch Vector Search, and vector-based retrieval.
- Experience developing AI agents for customer query automation and knowledge-base solutions.
- Experience with document parsing, chunking, vectorization, and re-ranking strategies.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock Guardrails, authentication, and authorization.
- Hands-on experience with API Gateway, Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, ECR, and SageMaker.
- Relevant AWS certifications are preferred, including AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
- Preferred experience includes OCR or document-intelligence engines, NLP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, Redshift, SQL, DynamoDB, AWS Glue, model monitoring, evaluation, and observability.
