Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered applications using LLMs, agentic AI workflows, and RAG solutions based on enterprise knowledge sources.
- Integrate AI services with business applications and external systems while evaluating, optimizing, and monitoring application performance and quality.
- Build responsive frontend applications, scalable backend services, and APIs using reusable and maintainable code.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes workloads.
- Design and manage SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases and integrate enterprise and third-party systems.
- Implement secure, compliant data handling, monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
- Drive features independently from design through production deployment and improve developer productivity through automation.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 1–2 years of practical Generative AI experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, and cloud technologies, with proven production deployments.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI, and frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Experience integrating AI models through OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent services.
- Experience building APIs with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks and understanding microservices architecture and API design.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab, and infrastructure deployment.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, with preferred experience in NoSQL and vector databases.
- Preferred experience building enterprise AI copilots or intelligent assistants, using Model Context Protocol and AI tool integrations, and integrating Microsoft Teams, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise tools.
- Preferred familiarity with AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks.
