Responsibilities
- Fine-tune Large Language Models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs and continuously evaluate and improve model performance using feedback and new data.
- Apply model evaluation metrics, performance tuning, and data preprocessing techniques to large datasets.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, provide solutions, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, manage team performance, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
