Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines for model training.
- Deploy and serve machine learning models as secure, production-ready services using Docker, FastAPI, and AWS.
- Manage batch and real-time inference with low-latency prediction requirements.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate testing, model validation, and deployment workflows.
- Orchestrate the machine learning lifecycle, including model versioning, packaging, registration, and repository management.
- Monitor model performance, data drift, system health, alerts, and dashboards in production.
- Initiate model retraining or tuning to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, solve team-wide problems, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Monitor project progress and alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning Operations.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning Operations and experience with MLflow and Airflow.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based AI services and deployment strategies.
- Multi-cloud skills.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks.
- Ability to implement and optimize machine learning models for production environments.
